Hi, I'm Patty Emery. I want to help you with all of your Northern Vermont real estate needs. I grew up in a real estate family and have been a licensed Vermont real estate agent since 1976. Therefore, I am well versed in all aspects of the real estate transaction from the beginning of your search to the passing of the title.

As one might expect after many years in the real estate industry, I am one of the top producing Realtor in northern Caledonia county and an owner of the top producing agency in the NEK Board of Realtors. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, grown daughter and son, and their families. Four grandchildren can keep one active. I also enjoy hikes in the nearby hills and mountains, skiing at Burke Mountain, snowshoeing, or an occasional escape to a far away place.

Organizations to which I belong are Lyndon State College Foundation (Director), The Riverside School (Board of Trustees), Lyndon Institute (Corperator), Community National Bank Advisory Board member, Lyndonville Rotary (President 2009-2010).
